Most useful reviews 25 of 25 people found this review helpful. Most large aquarium from a client that I've owned this tank for 3 years. It looks great sitting on my kitchen table. I could have been more consistent about cleaning the system (approximately 1 time per month), but generally fish have thrived. Some of the mistakes I've made are: 1) believes that bio-wheel must be replaced occasionally (do not go there) 2) let the light too much that they created an algae bloom, and 3) purchase of fish that gets too big to the small aquarium. I made those mistakes in the first year. Since then, it was smooth sailing except the lamp burn out. The light switch is pretty cheap, so repeated use induced the breach. I create another system of lights as I was not able to order a new part, except for the cover the entire device (which costs the same as the aquarium) but is not very satisfactory. I decided to send the tank back almost immediately because I have the quality and design to find the tank to be pretty disappointing ... especially coming as Marineland. First, scratch the tank body acrylic easy, especially compared to my other group of different manufacturers acrylic Although the foam packing material did not appear to be well protected. The top and bottom of the tank is full of scratches so obviously out of the box! The filter that comes with that is made of thin plastic and not doing well in the chamber appointed for this purpose. Almost every time I opened it, found the filter system because the cords got caught in the hinge. The strings of the filter and the light must go through a very narrow opening near the hinge on the idea. The tank comes with a clip to keep them, but it really does not help much. Adding an element, carefully thread the cord through a small hole on the other side of the lid and the stove through a narrow opening in the plastic that the filtering system, which is a real pain to use supports, must be adjust the temperature or remove a filter for some reason, when the lid, I do not understand why they can not feed a small door which include many other systems.
